锁定钢板加钢缆系统内固定治疗18例股骨转子下粉碎性骨折

[背景]探讨采用锁定钢板加钢缆系统内固定治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折的临床效果.[病例报告]自2006年3月至2007年8月间,采用锁定钢板加钢缆系统内固定治疗了18例股骨转子下粉碎性骨折患者.术后第2日开始行股四头肌等长收缩运动,术后8～12周开始逐渐行负重功能锻炼.术后切口均为一期愈合,未见感染、脂肪栓塞及深静脉血栓等并发症发生.18例患者均获得随访,随访时长为10～15个月,术后骨折均顺利愈合,无髋内翻、肢体缩短及内固定物松动等并发症,患侧髋关节功能均恢复良好.[讨论]锁定钢板加钢缆系统内固定治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折具有损伤小,骨愈合快,在微创条件下稳固固定骨折等优点,是治疗股骨转子下粉碎性骨折的有效方法.

Locking compression plate and internal fixation with the cable ready system to treat 18 cases of proximal femoral comminuted fractures

BACKGROUND To investigate the clinical effects of locking compression plate and internal fixation with the cable ready system to treat the proximal femoral comminuted fractures. CASE REPORTS From March, 2006 and August, 2007, 18 patients with proximal femoral comminuted fractures were treated with locking compression plate and internal fixation with cable ready system, and the quadrieeps femoris muscle was performed the isometric contraction exercises from 2 nd of afteroperation and the weight-bearing functional exercise was proceed gradually from 8-12 weeks of afteroperation. All of incisions was primary healing, and There were no complications in all cases such as infection, fat embolism and deep vein thrombosis, et al. The function of hip joint was recovered well in all of patients after following up for 10-15 months. DISCUSSION The locking compression plate and internal fixation with the cable ready system to treat the proximal femoral comminuted fractures has advantages of small injury, promoting bone healing, and steady fix of bone fracture, and is an effective method for treating proximal femoral comminuted fractures.
