摘    要:
于1990~1993年,从住院患者临床标本中分离到细菌6837株。感染病原菌中前四位细菌是假单胞菌、葡萄球菌、克雷伯氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌。在非发酵菌中铜绿假单胞菌仍占首位,但不动杆菌有增加趋势,占第二位。葡萄球菌中以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,其次为表皮葡萄球菌并有增加趋势。所分离到的细菌中G~-杆菌均对丁胺卡那霉素有较高的敏感性,但对常用药物有不同程度耐药。金黄色葡萄球菌对头孢唑啉、头孢拉定、万古霉素均敏感。

Abstract:
In order to know the pathogen which caused infectiou diseases in inpatients and the change of resistance to antibiotics, this report collected clinical samples from inpatients who suffered from infectious diseases during 1990- 1993. 6837 strains of different kind of bacteria were studied in this report. Mainly bacteria caused infectious diseases in inpatient were Pseudomonas. Staphylococcus, Klebsiella and Escherichia coli that took the first four places. The percentage were 26.2%, 17.2%, 13.2%. 12.7%, respectively. Among the unfermenting bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa took the first place and second one was Acinetobacter. The latter seems to be increased gradually. Staphylococcus aureus was the mainly pathogen and Staphylococcus epidermidis increased and took the second place, the culture of bacteria isolaated appeared resistance to antibiotics in varied degree. Especialy many multi-resistance bacteria were found in the isolates. Recent years cefoperazone was used for the infection caused by P. aeruginosa but resistance increased. P. aeruginosa was more sensitive to amikacin, E. coli was more resistant to antibiotics which were in common use except amikacin and its sensitivity to cefazolin decreased. Klebsiella was more sensitive to gentamycin, kanarnycin and amikacin but sensitivity decreased. Sueceptible rate of S. aureus to oxacillin only was 40% but it was more sensitive to cefazolin, cepharadine, rafampin and vancomycin.
