海湾扇贝体内重金属镉的富集和消除规律的研究

摘    要:研究日照海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradiams)分别在Cd2+的浓度为0.001、0.0025、0.005、0.01 mg/L及一个对照共5组海水中培养时,镉在其体内的积累和排出规律。结果表明海湾扇贝对镉具有较强的富集能力,随着时间的延长,Cd2+浓度的增加,富集量也增加,而且内脏的富集能力远高于肌肉。停药后镉的代谢情况是:随着镉的浓度升高,代谢速度基本上是呈上升趋势的,但是代谢相同时间后,镉的残留量是呈上升趋势的。

Abstract:Take Argopecten irradiams of Rizhao as research object, we establish the rule of accumulation and elimination of Cadmium in Argopecten irradiarns. The Cadmium concentration in this experiment is as follows: 0. 001,0. 0025,0.005 mg/L, and 0.01 mg/L and a control. The experiment showed that Argopecten irradiams has a high ability of accumulating Cadmium. The higher the Cadmium concentration is along with the period of experiment Lasting, the higher the Cadmium concentration in Argopecten irradiams is. It also can be concluded that gull' ability of accumulation of Cadmium is higher than that of muscle. After stopping the cultivation, the situation of cadmium metabolism is that the rate of metabolism basically assumes the trend of escalation with the cadmium density. But after the same time of metabolism, the cadmium remnant assumes the trend of escalation.
