| Abstract: | The effects of smooth muscles muscles contraction and 45Ca(2 ) influx for 4 parasympathomimetic drugs acting on the same receptor were investigated.The results indicated that carbachol opened calcium channels and accelerated calcium channels stimulated were correlated with the 4 basic manners for opening and closing ion channel. |
