经皮穴位电刺激对大运动量耐力训练大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢的影响

摘    要:
目的观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对大运动量耐力训练大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢的影响,探讨其防治骨骼肌疲劳的可能作用机制。方法将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、正常刺激组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组8只。采用TEAS干预手段,刺激大鼠足三里和环跳穴,8星期跑台训练结束后,检测大鼠腓肠肌糖原、乳酸(LA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶含量。结果 TEAS能显著减缓骨骼肌糖原的消耗,减轻乳酸的堆积,提高LDH、Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶的含量,模型组与其他四组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 TEAS大运动量耐力训练大鼠足三里、环跳穴可以稳定骨骼肌细胞能量代谢,延长肌肉工作的时间,延缓骨骼肌疲劳的发生。
