| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛指数及功能障碍指数的影响。方法采用简单随机的分组方法,将符合纳入标准的63例患者分为针药组和中药组,分别予针刺并中药内服和单纯中药内服,每日1次。疗程均为15 d。采用《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)评价临床疗效。结果针药组32例,痊愈15例,好转14例,无效3例;中药组31例,痊愈8例,好转15例,无效8例。两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)均有改善,且针药组优于中药组。结论针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能良好地缓解疼痛,并改善功能。 |
