摘    要:
目的探讨奶头锤在人体颅骨形成损伤的形态及机理,分析推断本例命案的致伤物。方法根据本例命案死者头部损伤及颅骨骨折形态特征,推断奶头锤与人体接触面的形状及大小,并通过奶头锤在尸体标本头部模拟打击实验,进一步确认奶头锤两端形成损伤的特征及区别。结果奶头锤半球形锤背垂直打击颅骨可形成成孔状骨折,以颞部为易,另一端圆形平坦锤击面垂直打击未能形成孔状骨折,而偏击顶部则可致颅骨形成半月形阶梯状凹陷骨折,骨折的弧边内陷较深,骨面呈斜坡状。结论推断2.0磅奶头锤为本例命案致伤物,案件侦破后得以证实。

Abstract:
Objective To research the shapes and causes of the injuries caused by a hammer on a human skull and analyze and deduce the object causing the death in the case. Methods To deduce the shape and size of the surface made by a hammer on a human body according to the injuries and features of the skull fractures in the case,and features and differences of the injuries on the skull caused by the different ends of a hammer could be confirmed by imitating experiment on the body sample. Results The fractures in shape of holes could be made by vertically beating the temple of the skull with the top of a hammer,and another end(in shape of cylinder)could not do so,but indenlation fractures on the skull in shape of crescent ladder could be striken with an angle on the top of the hammer head.The edge of fractures caved more deeply with the surface of the bones in shape of slope. Conclusion A 2-pound hammer was deduced to be the object of causing the death after the case was successfully solved.
