产科弥散性血管内凝血12例抢救及护理

目的探讨产科弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）病因、临床特点、治疗及护理。方法对本院2002年1月至2006年12月12例患者发生产科急性DIC进行回顾性分析。结果产科DIC发病诱因为重度妊娠高血压综合征、羊水栓塞、产后出血、稽留流产等。祛除病因，扩容，止血，抗感染，维持内环境的稳定，合理使用肝素及凝血因子，高度警惕全身各脏器缺血性损害，精心护理是抢救DIC患者不可缺少的因素。11例抢救成功，1例因并发多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论产科DIC发病急骤，来势凶猛，母婴病死率高，早期诊断，把握抢救及治疗时机，及时果断切除子宫，补充凝血因子，合理使用肝素，正确护理是抢救DIC成功的关键。

The salvage and nursing about twelve cases of boundless solidifying ood in blood vessels in obstetrical departments

Methods To carry on a review analysis to the 12 examples of obstertric acute DIC happened in our hospital from Jan 2002 to Dec 2006. Resuits The causes of the 12 examples of obstentric DIC were serious high pregnancy,amniotic fluid embolism,postartum hemorrhage,retained miscarrage and so on. Via the early diagnosis, and treatment, dispelling causes of disease, the hematischesis, the anti - infection, the stability maintence of the inner environment, reasonable use of the heparin and the hemaglutination factor and full vigilance to anemic harm to very internal organs. 11 suffers was rescued successfully and one suffer was dead because of concurrent multi - internal organs function failure. Conclusion Bsttetric DIC takes place suddenly and seriously and the fatality rate of the mother and intant is high. We should achieve the early diagonosis, grasp the rescue opportunity, excise the womb promptly and decisively, supplement the hemoglutination factor, use the heparin reasonably and nurse correctly.
