氟西汀与丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的　比较氟西汀与丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法　采用随机分组对照研究的方法 ,分为氟西汀组 2 8例 ,予氟西汀 2 0mg·d-1;丙咪嗪组 2 7例 ,予丙咪嗪 15 0mg·d-1;6wk为一疗程。结果　氟西汀组有效率 92 .9% ,丙咪嗪组 92 .6 % ,经卡方检验P >0 .0 5。药物不良反应发生率丙咪嗪组高于氟西汀组。结论　氟西汀的抗抑郁作用与丙咪嗪相当 ,副作用少 ,服用方便。

A comparative study of efficancy of fluoxetine and imipramine in treatment of depressive disorder

Objective To compare the effects and side reactions of fluoxetine and imipramine in treatment of depressive disorders. Method Fifty-five patients with depressive disorder were divided randomly into 2 groups: 28 patients were treated with fluoxetine, 20mg·d -1 for 6wk; 27 patients were treated with imipramine, 150mg·d -1 for 6wk. Result The total clinical effective rates were 92.9% in fluoxetine group and 92.6% in imipramine group(P>0.05). The side reactions in imipramine group was highter than in fluoxetine group. Conclusion Fluoxetine showed the same effects but less side reaction than imipramine
