| Abstract: | Under the alkaline condition, phosphotungstic acid was reduced to tungsten blue with vitamin C. The absorbance ratio of tungsten blue was in di- rect proportion to the contents of vitamin C. This method is simple and rapid, and the rate of recovery is 99.13%. It is especially suitable for the determination of low content vitamin C. |
