经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置的临床应用研究

摘    要:
目的评价临床应用经皮椎体定位导向装置的效果。方法对13例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折病人行球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术时应用经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置,其中男性5例,女性8例,T8 1例,T9 1例,T12 3例,L1 4例,L2 1例,L3、L4、L5各1例。椎体均压缩1/2以上。结果球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术应用经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置可明显缩短手术时间,提高穿刺准确率,明显减少C型臂X线机的投照次数。结论经皮椎体穿刺定位导向装置是经皮椎体穿刺操作的有益辅助手段。

Clinical Experimental Application of Percutaneously Guiding Instrument

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneously guiding instrument in clinical application. Methods Percutaneously guiding instrument was used on 13 patients with T8- 1.5 osteoporotic vertebrae compressive fractures,5 of which were male and age varied from 62 to 76 years od. Results The mean exposure times were 10. The instrument could shorten the operating time and significantly decrease the X-ray exposure times. Conclusion The percutaneously guiding instrument conld do much help in Kyphoplasty.
