摘    要:目的:研究负极性驻极体对水杨酸甲酯透皮扩散的影响。方法:用改进的Franz扩散池和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定水杨酸甲酯离体小鼠皮肤的通透流量。结果:与对照组相比,负极性驻极体组水杨酸甲酯的皮肤通透流量增加1.55倍,且有显性差异(P<0.05)。结论:负极性驻极体对水杨酸甲酯的透皮扩散有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of negative electrets on transcutaneous permeation of methyl salicylate through rat skin in vitro . Methods: The penetration flux of methyl salicylate through rat skin in vitro was performed by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and improved Franz diffusion cells. Results: The penetration flux of negative electrets group was 1.55 times higher than that of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Negative electrets can enhance methyl salicylate delivery through rat skin in vitro .
