| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PCIA应用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果;以及在泌乳、母乳喂养、睡眠质量等进行比较。方法将120例剖宫产术后产妇分成两组,实验组采取静脉持续镇痛,对照组采用肌肉注射镇痛剂,观察产妇72 h内泌乳、母乳喂养、睡眠质量情况比较。结果观察组产后24 h开始泌乳的例数、哺乳的次数明显多于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组术后睡眠质量明显好于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论剖宫产术后应用PCIA镇痛的有效率达97.33%,明显优于传统的镇痛方法。镇痛效果好,提高了母乳喂养的成功率,促进了产妇的康复。
