摘    要:目的对高中学生心理健康状况进行调查,评价心理干预的效果。方法分层抽样的方法抽取3所重点中学高二学生338名,其中男生192名,女生146名,随机分为试验组和对照组;采用中国中学生心理健康自我检测量表作为测评工具,在研究前后进行心理测评;对试验组进行1年的心理干预。蛄果高中学生普遍存在学习压力大、情绪不平衡、适应不良等心理问题,男女生之间差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。心理干预后,试验组学生的心理问题没有加重,对照组学生的心理问题进一步加剧。结论采用综合心理健康干预对高中学生心理健康有显著改善。

Abstract:Objective To conduct a thorough investigation to the mental fitness of senior high school students thus to evaluate the effect of psychological interference. Methods Method of stratified sampling was applied, 338 grade 2 senior high students (192 boys, 146 girls) were chosen and divided into two groups, comparative group and experimental group, at random. Schedules for self-psychological measurement of mental health for middle school students of China were introduced. And psychological test was conducted before and after the research. Psychological interference was made to the students of experimental group for a year. Results Pressure of study, imbalance of emotions, mal-adaptation to environment and other mental troubles prevail among senior high school students. There exists no evident difference between boys and girl (P >0.05). And mental troubles have not been gravened among the students of experimental group after psychological intereference, while they have become more and more serious among those of comparative group. Conclusion Significant improvement will be made to senior high school students' mental fitness by applying comprehensive psychological interferences.
