| 针刺治疗血管神经性头痛临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效。方法：采用中医辨证和经络辨证相结合取穴的方法将80例血管神经性头痛患者随机分组,治疗组40例,用针刺治疗;对照组40例,用尼莫地平治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为85%,优于对照组的55%（P（0.01）。并就针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的机理进行了探讨。结论：针刺治疗血管神经性头痛具有良好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | objective:To explore the vessel neuropathic headache in acupuncture therapy.methods:Adopt syndrome differentiation system of traditional Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of meridians to pick those acuputure points to place 80 vessel neuropathic headache patients randomly into 2 groups : one is treatment group which use acupuncture treatment and 40 patients in it. The other one is antitheses group it also include 40 patients but use nimoldipine to cure.Results:treatment group general efficiency is 85% better than antitheses group 55% (P>0.01).Then investigation on the mechanism of the vessel neuropathic headache in acupuncture therapy. Conclusion: That the vessel neuropathic headache in acupuncture therapy is tending to cure. |
