| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑出血亚急性期介入针刺治疗的安全性、有效性.方法 采用醒脑开窍针刺法为治疗手段,随机将60例基底节脑出血的亚急性期住院患者分为常规治疗组和醒脑开窍针治疗组(针刺组),分别比较两组连续接受治疗1、2、3周后的中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(China stroke scale,CSS)评分,日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评定方法选用Barthel指数分级法(barthel index,BI).结果 两组治疗前后各自对比分别都有统计学差异,两组之间对比亦有统计学差异(P<0.01).结论 醒脑开窍针刺法早期介入治疗脑出血安全、有效,能明显改善患者生活质量. |
