MRI动态增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值

 目的 评价MRI动态增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析临床有头痛、闭经、泌乳、生长发育迟缓等症状的34例经临床及实验室检查证实的垂体微腺瘤的MRI影像资料,分析垂体微腺瘤动态增强前后的MRI表现,并绘出时间--信号强度曲线图.结果 34例垂体微腺瘤中,平扫检出病灶24例,而动态增强扫描均发现病灶,表现为动态早期稍低信号影,似"充盈缺损".MRI平扫的检出率为70.6%,MRI动态增强扫描的检率为100%,行McNemar x2检验,P<0.05,说明两种扫描方法在垂体微腺瘤检出率方面的差别有统计学意义.结论 MRI动态增强扫描能明显提高垂体微腺瘤诊断的可靠性及检出率,降低MRI图像的不确定性的出现率.临床怀疑垂体微腺瘤者,应常规行MRI动态增强扫描检查.
