等离子电切治疗前列腺增生症临床观察

目的探讨微创治疗前列腺增生症的方法和疗效。方法良性前列腺增生症患者66例，采用等离子电切治疗。结果治愈64例，术中无1例发生电切综合征（transurethal resection syndrome, TURS），术后发生尿失禁1例，继发性出血1例，尿道外口狭窄5例，术后复发尿道狭窄2例，无尿路感染病例。结论等离子电切具有创伤少、出血少、适应证广、并发症少、手术安全性高等优点，是治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效方法。

Transurethral Prostatectomy with Bipolar Plasmakinetic Technique for Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Objective To study the method and effect of plasma electrical surgery on the treatment hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Sixty-six benign prostatic hyperplasia cases were selected to accept the treatment of plasma electrical surgery unit. Results Sixty-four were cured,one with hemorrhea,one with secondary bleeding,five with external orifice of urethra stricture,two with rucured urethral stricture,no cases of urinary tract infection. Conclusion Plasma electrical surgery,with the advantages of little truama,little bleeding, little complication,wide-spread indication and safety,is effective in curing benign prostatic hyperplasia.
