| 摘 要： | 本院病理科工作于2004年实施了委托式管理,经过几年的运行,工作效能和技术水平等方面都得到了明显的提高,实现了经济效益和社会效益的共赢。本文通过对病理科委托管理的合作模式进行介绍和分析,提出了医院辅助科室委托式管理的理念,以及未来的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The entrusted management was practiced in department of pathology of Dalian Municipal Central Hospital in 2004. After several years＇ practice, working efficiency and technical level have been improved obviously and social effects and economic benefit gained. The writers introduce and analyze the cooperation mode of entrusted management in department of pathology and suggest the idea of entrusted management in auxiliary departments and the developing trend of the hospital in the future. |
