卧龙区1996～2000年孕产妇死亡情况分析

目的 :掌握辖区孕产妇死亡情况 ,制定相应的干预措施 ,降低辖区孕产妇死亡率。方法 :根据南阳市孕产妇死亡监测方案 ,建立居委会 (或村防保所 )→各地段医院→区妇幼保健院 ,以区妇幼保健院为中心的孕产妇死亡报告监测系统。结果 :农村孕产妇死亡明显高于城区 ;孕产妇死亡率由 1996年的 84 15 / 10万下降到 2 0 0 0年的33 0 3/ 10万 ;产科出血一直占孕产妇死因顺位第一位。结论 :提高围产期保健质量和农村孕产妇住院分娩率、加强乡镇卫生院产科建设是降低孕产妇死亡的关键。

Analysis on the death of puerperas of Wolong District from 1996 to 2000

Objective: To investigate the death of puerperas of Wolong District,to make corresponding measures,to lower the death rate of puerperas in Wolong District.Methods: According to the monitoring plan on the death of puerperas of Nanyang city,to build up the monitoring system of health centers from residential committee (or village clinic);level to the hospitals in different places,to the Health Center of the District,making the Health Center of the District the core of the system.Results: The death rate of puerperas in the countryside is higher than that in the city,the death rate of puerperas has been reduced from 84.5/100 000 in 1996 to 33.03/100 000 in 2000 Obstetrical hemorrhage is the most important cause of death.Conclusion: Improve the quality of health care in the lying in period and the parturition rate in the countryside,strengthen the construction of the obstetrician department of sanitation station is the key in lowering the death rate of puerperas.
