人工神经网络技术在纤维支气管镜诊断肺癌中的应用

摘    要:目的:应用人工神经网络技术建立纤维支气管镜诊断肺癌的计算机辅助诊断模型.方法:由3名有经验的纤维支气管镜检查医师对119例肺肿瘤患者(良性64例,恶性55例)的纤维支气管镜图像进行观察,提取11项图形特征,并对其进行评分量化.从肺痛患者中随机抽取30例,从良性患者中随机抽取35例作为训练集,其余作为预测集,输入11项评分结果和6个临床参数,将全部样本的预测结果与logistic回归的预测结果比较.结果:人工神经网络与logistic回归预测诊断肺癌的灵敏度分别为94.5%和63.6%,特异度分别为96.9%和87.5%,受试者工作特征曲线下面积分别为0.950和0.870,P=0.034.结论:人工神经网络技术可以作为纤维支气管镜确诊肺癌的辅助手段.

Abstract:Aim:To develop a computer-aided diagnostic model of the bronchofibroscopy(BFS) using artificial neural network(ANN) in the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:Eleven BFS features were extracted after three experienced doctors carefully observing 119 cases of lung neoplasm(64 benign and 55 malignant),and evaluated independently.Randomly selected 30 out of 55 cases of malignant neoplasm and 35 out of 64 cases of benign neoplasm as a training set of network training,and the others,as the test set.Eleven...
