| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病患者的心理卫生状况以及心理干预的临床效果。方法:确诊的冠心病患者56例被分为心理干预组(A组)和常规治疗组(B组),并进行比较研究,心理学量表采用SCL-90。结果:冠心痫患者的心理卫生问题主要是躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑。经心理干预后A组的临床效果较B组明显,SCI-90各因子计分A组也较B组下降明显,其中躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑具有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:对于冠心病患者综合心理干预有显著疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the psychological health conditions and psychological intervention effects in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: SCL - 90 measuring scale was put into practice in 56 CAD patients. Comparative study was conducted between psychological intervention group (A) and routine treatment group (B). Results: The main psychological problems of the patients were somatlzation, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety. SCL-90 scores of group A were significantly lower after psychological intervention than that of group B especially in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The CAD patient is associated with psychosomatic disorder, its treatment must be combined with psychological intervention |
