肺癌脑转移的放射治疗

目的　分析放射治疗肺癌转移的疗效及与化疗比较。材料与方法　 1980年 1月至 1996年 12月 ,对肺癌脑转移 12 6例进行回顾性研究。化疗采用CCNU ,BCNU ,CTX ,MTX ,DDP ,VP -16。放疗采用60 Co或 6MV X直线加速器 ,全脑DT30～ 40Gy ,并局部追加DT10～ 2 0Gy ,局部放疗DT35～ 5 5Gy。结果　全组 1、2年生存率分别为 16 7% (2 1/12 6 )、3 2 (4/12 6 ) ,中位生存时间为 7 9个月。单纯放疗组 1年生存率为 5 4% (3/86 ) ,中位生存时间为 7 0个月。放疗加化疗综合组 1、2年生存率分别为 2 5 7% (18/70 )、5 7% (4/70 ) ,中位生存时间为 8 6个月。结论　肺癌脑转移化疗加放疗综合治疗为主要治疗手段能提高疗效

Radiotherapy for Lung Cancer with Brain Metastasis

Objective To contrast radiotherapy with drugtherapy for lung cancer with brain metastasis.Materials and methods 126 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer were treated from January 1980 to December 1996.Drugtherapy was given with CCNU,BCNU,MTX,CTX,DDP.Radiotherapy was given with the dose of 30-40 cGy,whole brain irradiation,then followed with 10-20 cGy booster.Results The 1-,2-year survival rates of the whole group are 16.7%,3.2% respectively.Median survival time is 7.9 months.The 1-year survial rate in the radiotherapy group is 5.4%, Median survival time is 7 months.The 1-,2-year survival rates in the radiotherapy plus chemotherapy group are 25.7%,5.7%,median survival time is 8.6 months.Conclusion The radiotherapy plus chemotherapy is main and efficient treatment for lung cancer brain metastasis,which can lead to better effect.
