宫腔镜引导下选择性输卵管造影及再通术20例

目的:探讨宫腔镜引导下的选择性输卵管造影 再通术在输卵管梗阻性不孕症的应用价值.方法:选择经输卵管碘油造影(HSG)诊断证实双侧输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者20例,采用宫腔镜引导下选择性输卵管造影 再通术的方法进行输卵管疏通.结果:40条输卵管中有18条不完全性梗阻,全部疏通;22条完全性梗阻中峡部梗阻8条,有6条疏通,间质部梗阻8条,有2条疏通.20例受术者同时行宫腔镜检查,发现4例宫腔异常.结论:宫腔镜引导下选择性输卵管造影 再通术是治疗输卵管性不孕症的有效方法,同时可观察子宫颈管及子宫腔形态及内膜的情况,起到一举两得的作用.

Selective salpingogvaphy and fallopian tube recanalization by hysteroscope

Objective To investigate the value of selective salpingogvaphy(SSG) and fallopian tube recanalization(FTP)by hysteroscope at fallopian tube infertility.Methods 20 cases of infertility of bilateral oviduct obtruction were diagnosed by hystero-salpingography,SSG+FTP were performed by means of hysteroscopy with controling by digital X-ray.Results There were 18 incompletion obstruction in 40 fallopian tubes,all dredge;of 22 compteness obstructive oviducts,8 inthmic portion,of which 6 were recanalized;8 interstitial portion,of which 2 were recanalised.At the time,4 abnomal uterine cavity were discovered in 20 cases with hysteroscopy.Conclusion It is an effective approach to treat oviduct obstruction infertility of SSG+FTP by hysterscope and has the function of killing two birds with one stone.
