| 摘 要： | 目的 分析外伤性脾破裂保脾手术的必要性及可行性,探讨不同保脾手术的疗效.方法 采用回顾性分析方法,对外伤性脾破裂保脾手术进行临床资料分析.结果 痊愈出院170例,继发性出血行二次脾切除术1例,死亡1例.结论 随着社会的不断发展,外伤性脾破裂病例不断增多,保脾手术的必要性及可行性已成为外科医生的共识,对患者的预后及提高其... |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the necessity and feasibility of splenectomy for traumatic rupture and to investigate the different splenectomy.Methods Patients seen in my hospital who were diagnosed with traumatic rupture were reviewed,and the clinical data of the splenectomy was analyzed.Results Of these patients,170 patients were cured,1 patient was accepted second splenectomy because of the secondary hemorrhage,while 1 patient died.Conclusion More and more traumatic rupture patients appear with the social developm... |
