| 摘 要： | 目的总结阿尔茨海默病患者的社区护理干预。方法对阿尔茨海默病的社区护理内容进行综述。结果针对该病的预防和护理,提高患者及家属的防病意识和护理水平,减少并发症的发生。结论通过有效的社区护理指导,力求提高老年人的生活质量,从而减轻家庭的压力和社会负担。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the community nursing intervention of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.Methods The community nursing content of AD patients was reviewed.Results The prevention and nursing care of patients with Alzheimer′s disease improved the preventing consciousness and nursing level of the patient and family members,and reduced the complications.Conclusion Through effective community nursing instruction,strive to improve the old people＇s quality of life so that the family pressure and social burden can be relieved. |
