| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术中不受精或受精低下的影响因素。方法:回顾分析行IVF-ET治疗的受精不良,男方精液正常及为继发不孕患者53周期,选择受精良好,男方精液正常及为继发不孕患者42周期为对照,对受精功能低下的可能相关女性因素进行单因素分析,及非条件logistic多因素相关性分析。结果:单因素分析发现两组女方年龄、B超卵泡数、实际取卵数和减数分裂期Ⅱ(MⅡ)卵子数差异有统计学意义,而非条件logistic多因素分析发现实际取卵数与受精低下正相关,而B超卵泡数和MⅡ卵子数与受精低下负相关。结论:实际取卵数是女方受精低下的正相关因素,而MⅡ卵子数和B超卵泡数是受精低下的负相关因素,提示增加MⅡ卵子数和适当的取卵数有助于改善不受精或受精低下。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate factors on the results of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods:A retrospective analysis of 53 cycles with fertilization failure and 42 cycles with successful fertilization was conducted.
