| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益肾利湿汤治疗难治性肾病综合征临床疗效。方法:将42例门诊及住院患者分为两组,治疗组采用益肾利湿汤结合西药治疗,对照组仅采用西药治疗,观察两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血清白蛋白量的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率66.67%;对照组分别为47.62%,治疗组疗效高于对照组,除甘油三酯外,两组治疗后血清白蛋白升高,24尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、胆固醇均下降(均P<0.01~0.05),治疗组较对照组改善明显。结论:益肾利湿汤联合西药治疗对难治性肾病综合征有较好的疗效,在一定程度上可减轻激素的副作用。
