附子石油醚、氯仿提取物对虚寒模型大鼠肝组织LDH、SDH活性的影响

摘    要:
目的:研究附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物对虚寒模型大鼠肝组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响。方法:用生石膏、龙胆草、黄柏、知母水煎液造虚寒型大鼠模型,再用附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物治疗,用分光光度计法测定肝组织中LDH、SDH的活力。结果:与空白对照组比较,虚寒模型组大鼠肝组织LDH活力明显升高(P<0.05),SDH活力明显降低(P<0.05);附子氯仿提取物可显著降低肝组织LDH活力(P<0.01),附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物可显著升高肝组织SDH活力(P<0.01)。结论:附子石油醚提取物、附子氯仿提取物可拮抗虚寒型大鼠肝组织LDH活力的升高、SDH活力的下降,从而改善大鼠的能量代谢。
