摘    要:目的 探讨毒鼠强中毒后对心脏的损害。方法 动态监测心肌酶及心电图。结果 全部中毒患儿6h心肌酶均升高,24h达高峰,以肌酸激酶MB型同功酶(CK MB)明显,心电图异常的患儿高达77.6%,提示存在心肌受损及传导系统损害。结论 在抢救毒鼠强中毒病例中应积极保护心肌功能,防止心脏并发症。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the myocardial damages in the patients with tetramine poisoning. Methods The myocardial enzymes of all patients and their eletrocardiogram change were constantly monitored and analysed.Results The myocardial enzyme of all patients presented elevated within 6 hours and reached the peak in 24 hours. Especially the CK-MB presented remarkable. The patients with abnormal eletrocardiograms were up to 77.6%. Both myocardial enzyme and ECG change indicated that patients myocardial and myocardial conduct systems were damage. Conclusion To prevent myocardial damage from tetramine poisoning, we should take some measure to protect the patients' cardial function.
