超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物丙二醛在犬肾移植中的变化分析

摘    要:
本文测定了21只犬在正常、肾移植前和肾移植恢复血流后1小时,血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果发现:在肾移植前和肾移植恢复血流后1小时与正常时相比,血中SOD活性明显下降(P<0.001),同时血中MDA含量显著升高(P<0.001),尤以移植后恢复血流1小时为甚。提示了在肾移植过程中,加入一定的自由基清除剂等,对术后恢复将有重要的作用,而在肾保存中移植后加入抗氧化剂至关重要。

Abstract:
Blood samples from 21 dogs were collected before,after kidney procurement and 1 hour after kidney transplantation. SOD activity and MDA content in the blood were detected. The results showed that SOD activities both after kidney procurement and 1 hour after kidney transplantation were significantly lower than those before kidney procurement (P< 0. 001). While the MDA concen-trations were increased after procurement, and were especially high 1 hour after kidney transplantation (P<0. 001). It has suggested that the anti-free-radocals agents might have beneficial effects on the recovery of graft function.
