| 摘 要： | 目的了解山东省≥18岁高血压患者高血压知晓、治疗与控制状况。方法2011年采用四阶段不等概率分层整群随机抽样方法，在山东省内抽取18～69岁15 350人为调查对象，通过问卷调查及体格检查获得调查对象基本信息和健康状况，体格检查包括测量血压和身高、体重等指标。率的统计分析根据抽样设计采用加权的SURVEYFREQ方法进行分析和处理。结果共发现3776例高血压患者，高血压患者人群知晓率为34.5%(男性为31.1%，女性为38.5%)，高血压治疗率为27.5%(男性为24.1%，女性为31.7%)，仅有14.9%(男性13.7%，女性16.4%)的高血压患者血压得到控制(<140／90mmHg)。结论山东省≥18岁高血压患者知晓率、治疗率及控制率水平较低，尤其是农村地区，需要进一步加强高血压防治工作。
