基于共生理论的妇幼保健机构单体多院区运行机制与路径分析

目的 探索共生理论在妇幼保健机构单体多院区研究中的适用性。方法 从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境和共生界面四个方面分析单体多院区运行机制,揭示其面临的困境,并提出发展对策。结果 基于共生理论对单体多院区共生要素进行分析,揭示多院区共生模式,促进多院区共生关系从现阶段共生状态向理想共生模式进化。结论 运用共生理论研究妇幼保健机构单体多院区建设和发展具有较强的适用性,能为单体多院区高质量发展提供指导。

Analysis of operation mechanism and pathway of a single multi-hospital area of a maternal and child health institution based on symbiosis theory

Objective To explore the applicability of symbiosis theory in the study of single multi-hospital areas in maternal and child health institutions.Methods The operating mechanism of single multi-hospital area was analyzed from the following four aspects: symbiotic unit,mode, environment and interface, so as to reveal the difficulties and put forward the development countermeasures. Results Based on the symbiosis theory, the symbiosis elements of single multi hospital district were analyzed, and the symbiosis mode of multi hospital district was revealed, which promoted the evolution of the symbiosis system of multi hospital district from the current symbiosis state to the ideal integrated symbiosis and symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis mode. Conclusions The application of symbiosis theory to study the construction and development of single and multi hospital districts of maternal and child health care institutions has strong applicability, which can provide guidance for the high-quality development of single and multi hospital districts.
