摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)在不同级别脑星形细胞瘤中的表达。方法检测50例不同级别脑星形细胞瘤患者手术切除标本中的VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达,并用抗FⅧ因子抗体标记瘤组织血管内皮细胞,计算肿瘤内微血管密度(IMVD)。结果VEGF-C和VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为60%和52%。两者表达一致的符合率为74%。VEGF-C和VEGFR-3与脑星形细胞瘤病理分级呈显著正相关。结论脑星形细胞瘤中有VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达,其中VEGFR-3表达于血管。VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达与星形细胞瘤的病理分级相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the significance of expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in different histopathological grade of astrocytoma.Methods The Surgical specimens from 50 cases of brain astrocytoma were stained immunohistochemically for VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and FVIII.Intratumoral microvessed density(IMVD) was calculated by labeling the endothelial cells of the blood vessels within the tumor. Results VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression were found in 60%(30/50),52%(26/50).VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and FVIII expression was closely correlated with histopathological grades of astrocytoma. Conclusions VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 are presented in human brain astrocytoma.Blood vessels express VEGFR-3 positively in human astrocytoma.The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 is significantly associated with histopathological grade of astrocytoma.
