东莞口岸入境疫区集装箱卫生检疫情况分析

目的了解东莞口岸入境疫区集装箱卫生检疫的情况,对口岸入境疫区集装箱卫生检疫工作的一些问题进行探讨,完善集装箱的卫生监管工作。方法对东莞口岸入境的疫区集装箱进行开柜检查,对不符合卫生安全规定的进行统计分析。结果在进行检查的13633个来自疫区的集装箱中,不符合卫生安全要求的占1．03％,植物产品或带植物包装的货物集装箱检出的阳性率和占阳性总数百分比明显偏高于不含植物包装的非植物产品集装箱,印度尼西亚、马来西亚、泰国这3个国家的集装箱阳性率明显高于其他疫区国家。结论针对入境疫区集装箱的原产国多,货物种类复杂,检出率有所增长等情况,应从认识上加强重视,针对高风险原产国、货物种类实施严格检疫,加强技术力量等方面完善卫生监管工作。

Analysis on the status of sanitation quarantine for entrance container at Dongguan Port

Objective To understand the container quarantine situation in Dongguan Port and improve the quar- antine and supervision ability,especially to the containers from abroad epidemic regions.Methods Open the containers from epidemic regions and do strict check according to the health and safe rules.Results Totally 13,633 containers were checked,1.03% of them are unqualified;the unqualified finding rate of plant products or plant packaging cargo containers is obviously higher than others,the finding rate in containers from Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand is also higher than other regions.Conclusion Pay more attention,do stricter quarantine, improve technological ability is necessary to deal with complex container quarantine situation,especially on those containers from epidemic regions.
