| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨米非司酮在甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗输卵管妊娠中的效果和作用。方法 将输卵管妊娠患者160例分成两组，分别接受MTX、米非司酮联合MTX治疗，记录症状消失、尿HCG转阴、血HCG明显下降、包块缩小及达治愈标准的时间。结果 米非司酮联合MTX组与MTX组比较，上述指标差异均有显著性意义，P〈0．05或P〈0．01。结论 米非司酮联合MTX治疗输卵管妊娠效果优于单纯应用MTX。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of Mifepristone with methotrexate(MTX) in treating tubal pregnancy.Methods 160 women who have been diagnosed having tubal pregnancy were divided into two groups.Group one was treated with MTX only and Group two treated with Mifepristone and MTX.The time for symptom disappearance,urine-HCG turning into negative,an obvious descent of HCC,lump diminution and reaching cure standard was recorded.Results There were significant differences in therapeutic results exhibited by above parameters between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Mifepristone combining with MTX is proved superior over single MTX in treating tubal pregnancy. |
