心理调节技能训练在精神分裂症患者中应用的效果分析

目的探讨心理调节技能训练在精神分裂症患者治疗中应用的效果和对药物治疗依从性的影响。方法选取该院进行抗精神病治疗的精神分裂症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,50例/组,对照组给予常规抗精神病药物治疗,观察组在给予抗精神病药物治疗的同时实施心理调节技能训练,观察两组患者治疗效果和依从性。结果治疗前,两组患者PANSS量表评分差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.21,P〉0.05）;治疗后2个月、4个月及6个月评分差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.60,P〈0.05;χ2=6.75,P〈0.05;χ2=6.70,P〈0.05）;两组患者临床疗效有效率差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.35,P〈0.05）;两组患者药物依从性差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.88,P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症患者应用心理调节技能训练联合常规抗精神病药物治疗可以提高疗效,同时提高患者对治疗依从性。

Analysis on the Effect of Psychological Skills Adjustment Training Applied in Schizophrenia Patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological skills adjustment training in schizophrenia patients and its influence on the compliance of drug treatment. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with schizophrenia underwent antipsychotic treatment in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional antipsychotic drug treatment, and the observation group was given antipsychotic drugs treatment and psychological adjustment skills training. The treatment effect and compliance of these two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the difference in PANSS score between two groups of patients was not statistically significant（χ2=0.21,P〉0.05）, but 2 months, 4 months and 6 months after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 4.60,P0.05;χ^2=6.75,P〈0.05;χ^2=6.70,P〈0.05）. there was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（χ^2=5.35,P0.05）; the difference in drug compliance between two groups of patients was statistically significant（χ^2=7.88, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological adjustment skills training combined with conventional antipsychotic drug treatment for patients with schizophrenia can improve the curative effect and the treatment compliance of the patients.
