槐耳颗粒治疗老年乳腺癌的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨槐耳颗粒应用于老年乳腺癌治疗的临床疗效,寻找老年乳腺癌的术后辅助治疗法。方法随机抽取该院2010年9月—2011年9月共收治的50例老年乳腺癌患者,将其分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予槐耳颗粒辅助治疗,参照组未给予槐耳颗粒治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治愈率、满意度、复发率分别为92.0%、88.0%、8.0%,对照组的为68.0%、52.0%、36.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论槐耳颗粒辅助治疗老年乳腺癌,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,不良反应少,效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of huaier granule on senile breast cancer and search for postoperative adjuvant therapy for senile breast cancer. Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from September, 2010 to September, 2011 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given huaier granule for adjuvant treatment, and the control group was not given huaier granule for treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The cure rate, degree of satisfaction, recurrence rate of the observation group was 92.0%, 88.0%, 8.0%, respectively, and that of the control group was 68.0%, 52.0%, 36.0%, separately, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Huaier granule as the adjuvant therapy for senile breast cancer, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with significant effect and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
