Toll样受体（TLRs）是近年发现的固有性免疫系统中的细胞跨膜受体及病原模式识别受体之一,在对病原微生物的识别与免疫应答中起着重要的作用。基因多态性影响机体对疾病的遗传易感性,TLRs的基因多态性与炎性应答损伤和感染性疾病的遗传易感性相关。随着生殖免疫学研究的进步,TLRs及其基因多态性在早产中的相关研究已逐步展开,对其深入认识和研究将为早产诊断、治疗及预后判断提供新思路和手段。

Toll Like Receptor and Gene Polymorphisms and Preterm Birth

Toll like receptors （TLRs） have been identified as transmembrane signal transduction proteins in recent years. As a group of pattern recognition receptors （PRRs）, TLRs are important regulators of the innate immune response based on their ability to recognize and respond to pathogen-associated molecular patterns expressed by microbes. Genetic polymorphisms affect the susceptibility of individuals and single nucleotide polymorphisms of TLR genes, which are associated with the inflammatory responses and susceptibility to infectious diseases. With the development of reproductive immunology, relevant studies of TLRs and their gene polymorphism and preterm birth have been gradually carried out, providing new concepts and ideas for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of premature cases.
