脐血微量元素及免疫功能指标与婴幼儿喘息性疾病的关系分析

摘    要:
目的:分析脐血微量元素、免疫功能指标与婴幼儿喘息性疾病的关系.方法:随机抽取我院2015年1月~2016年6月确诊的喘息性疾病患儿50例与同期健康体检正常婴幼儿60例,分别设为观察组与对照组,所有婴幼儿出生时断脐抽血3mL,测定两组脐血微量元素、体液及细胞免疫相关指标,统计两组微量元素缺乏率及总IgE升高率.结果:观察组脐血Ca、Zn、Fe、IgA、IgG、CD8+水平均显著低于对照组,总IgE、CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组微量元素缺乏率、总IgE升高率分别为64.00%、54.00%,均显著高于对照组的16.67%、10.00%,差异有统计学意义.结论:脐血微量元素缺乏、总IgE、CD4+/CD8+水平升高可能参与婴幼儿喘息性疾病发生、发展过程.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between cord bloodtrace elements and immune function indicatorsand asthmatic diseases in infants.MethodsFifty patients with confirmed asthmatic diseases and60 normal infants who were admit-ted in our hospital between January 2015 and June 2016 were randomly selected and respectively included in the observation group and the control group.3mL cord blood was collected from every infant when be born to determine cord blood trace ele-ments, body fluidsand cellular immunity related indicators. The rates of deficiency of trace elements and the total rates of IgE elevation in both groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe levels of cord blood Ca, Zn, Fe, IgA, IgG and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group while the total IgE and CD4+/CD8+ were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group; The rate of deficiency of trace elements and the total rate of IgE elevation in the observation group (64.00%,54.00%) were significantly higher than those in the control group (16.67%,10.00%).Conclusion Deficiency of cord bloodtrace elements and increase of total IgE and CD4+/CD8+levels may be involved in the occurrence and development of asthmatic diseases in infants.
