摘    要:
目的:探讨血脂控制对原发性高血压患者血压变异性及冠脉事件的影响.方法:以本院2015年1月~2016年8月诊治的158例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,根据血脂控制情况将其分为A(血脂正常)、B(血脂异常)两组,测定比较两组血脂指标、血压变异指标及冠脉事件发生率,并通过Pearson相关性分析血脂水平与血压变异性相关指标的关系.结果:A组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、24hSBPSD、24hDBPSD、24hSBPCV、dSBPCV、nSBPCV、nDBPCV均显著低于B组,HDL-C水平显著高于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义;A组冠脉事件发生率为16.00%,显著低于B组的33.73%;Pearson相关性分析显示24hSBPSD、24hDBPSD、24hSBPCV、dSBPCV、nSBPCV、nDBPCV与TC、TG显著正相关,24hDBPSD、24hSBPCV与LDL-C显著正相关,24hSBPSD、24hDBPSD与HDL-C显著负相关.结论:血脂异常影响原发性高血压患者血压变异性,增加冠脉事件发生几率,需加强血脂控制以维持患者血压及血压变异性稳定,减少冠脉事件发生.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of blood pressure control on blood pressure variability and coronary events in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 158 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital between Janu-ary2015 and August2016 were studied. According to the control of blood lipids, the patients were divided into group A (nor-mal blood lipids) and group B (abnormal blood lipids). Blood lipid indexes, blood pressure variability indexes and incidence of coronary events were determined and compared between the two groups. The relationship between blood lipid levels and blood pressure variability indexes was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results TC, TG, LDL-C,24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD, 24hSBPCV, dSBPCV, nSBPCV and nDBPCV in group A were significantly lower than groupB while HDL-C level was signifi-cantly higher; The incidence of coronary events in group A (16.00%) was significantly lower than that in group B; Pearson cor-relation analysis showed that24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD,24hSBPCV, dSBPCV, nSBPCV, nDBPCV and TC, TG were significantly positively correlated.24hDBPSD,24hSBPCV and LDL-C were significantly negatively correlated while24hSBPSD,24hDBPSD and HDL-C were significantly negatively correlated.Conclusion Dyslipidemia will affect blood pressure variabilityin patients with essential hypertension and increase the incidence of coronary events. The blood lipid controlneeds to be strengthened to maintain the stability of blood pressure and blood pressure variability, and reduce coronary events.
