血清胰腺再生蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者疗效及认知功能的影响

目的:探究血清胰腺再生蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者疗效及认知功能的影响.方法:随机选取我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,采用酶联免疫法检测其体内的胰腺再生蛋白水平,按照其体内胰腺再生蛋白水平将其分为胰腺再生蛋白高水平组与低水平组两组,分别给予两组患者常规治疗.对比分析治疗效果及治疗后患者认知情况.结果:胰腺再生蛋白高水平组患者治疗后总有效率与低水平组患者相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义.高水平组患者治疗后7d、治疗后1个月MMSE评分与低水平组患者的相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义.高水平组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于低水平组患者,差异有统计学意义.结论:血清胰腺再生蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者有明显影响,当患者体内胰腺再生蛋白水平较高时,其治疗效果较好,认知功能恢复越快.

Effect of serum pancreatic regenerating protein level on the efficacy and cognitive function of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

Objective To explore the effect of serum pancreatic regenerating protein on the efficacy and cognitive function of type2 diabetic patients.Methods Eighty patients with type2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected from our hospital. The pancreatic regenerating protein levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. According to the detected levels, the involved patients were divided into high-level group and low-level group, receiving conventional treatment. The treatment effect and cognition function of patients after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The overall response rate in the high-level group was significantly higher than that of low-level group. At 7 days and1 month after treatment, MMSE scores in the high-level group were significantly higher than those in the low-level group. The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the high-level group were significantly better than those in the low-level group. Conclusion The serum pancreatic regenerating protein level has a significant effect on patients with type2 diabetes mellitus. A high level is associated with better therapeutic effect and faster recovery of cognitive function.
