川芎嗪对糖尿病肾病患者肾脏血流动力学及纤维化的影响观察

目的:观察及研究川芎嗪对糖尿病肾病患者肾脏血流动力学及纤维化的影响情况.方法:选取2014年10月~2016年5月期间于本院进行治疗的58例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,将58例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组每组各29例,对照组进行常规糖尿病肾病西医治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用川芎嗪注射液治疗,然后将两组治疗前和治疗后第5天、第15天和第30天时的肾脏血流动力学指标及血清纤维化指标进行比较.结果:治疗前两组患者的肾脏血流动力学指标及血清纤维化指标比较无明显差异,而治疗后第5天、第15天和第30天时观察组的肾脏血流动力学指标均好于对照组,血清纤维化指标均低于对照组.结论:川芎嗪可显著地改善糖尿病肾病患者肾脏血流动力学及纤维化情况,因此认为川芎嗪在此类患者中有积极的应用价值.

Observation on the influence of ligustrazine for the renal hemodynamics and fibrosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe and investigate the influence situation of ligustrazine for the renal hemodynamics and fi-brosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 58 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from October2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study object, and 58 patients were divided into control group with 29 cases in each group by thee random number table, the control group were treated with conventional western medical treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the observation group were treated with ligustrazine on the treatment of control group, then the renal hemodynamics indexes and serum fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment and at fifth, fifteenth and thirtieth day after the treatment were com-pared. Results The renal hemodynamics indexes and serum fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, while the renal hemodynamics indexes of observation group at fifth, fifteenth and thirtieth day after the treatment were all better than those of control group, and the serum fibrosis indexeswere all lower than those of control group.Conclusion The ligustra-zine can significantly improve the renal hemodynamics and fibrosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy, so the ligustrazine′s application value in these patients is active.
