液氮冷冻联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗神经性皮炎的临床应用价值研究

目的:探讨液氮冷冻联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗神经性皮炎患者的临床效果.方法:选取2014年1月~2015年7月本院皮肤科门诊收治的60例神经性皮炎患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用液氮冷冻+润燥止痒胶囊治疗,对照组采用润燥止痒胶囊+哈西奈德溶液外用治疗,治疗周期4周.结果:治疗前,治疗组和对照组患者的皮损面积、皮损色泽、丘疹程度、瘙痒程度评分、血清IL-6水平差异均无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组患者的皮损面积、皮损色泽、丘疹程度、瘙痒程度评分、血清IL-6水平均显著的低于对照组;治疗组患者的临床治疗愈显率86.67%显著的高于对照组.结论:液氮冷冻联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗神经性皮炎能够显著的提高临床效果,治疗过程中应该注意液氮对患者的冻伤并发症.

Study on clinical application of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with Runzaozhiyang capsule in the treatment of neurodermatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with Runzaozhiyang cap-sule in the treatment of patients with neurodermatitis.MethodsSelect January 2014 ~ July201560 cases of neurodermatitis patients admitted to our hospital dermatology clinic were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group of 30 cases, the treatment group were frozen in liquid nitrogen + moistening itching capsule treatment, the control group, moistening itching capsules + hash Ned topical solution treatment, the treatment period of4 weeks.ResultsBefore treatment, the treatment group and the control group of patients with lesion size, color, skin lesions, papules extent, pruritus score, serum IL-6 levels were not significantly different; after treatment, patients treated with skin damaged area, the color of skin lesions, papules extent, pruri-tus scores were significantly lower than serum IL-6 water control group; clinical markedly effective rate in patients treated with significantly higher than86.67%.ConclusionFreezing joint capsule dryness itching neurodermatitis treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect of the treatment process should pay attention to the patient liquid nitrogen frostbite complications.
