| 摘 要： | 目的:验证甘草提取物治疗变应性鼻炎是否有效。方法:建立变应性鼻炎的豚鼠模型,通过用甘草提取物滴鼻治疗后来检测鼻分泌物、鼻粘膜中主要致病物质的变化情况。包括HE染色和Chromotrope 2R特染分别检测豚鼠鼻分泌物及鼻粘膜组织中炎性细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞数;TUNEL法检测鼻粘膜组织中嗜酸性粒细胞凋亡;甲苯胺蓝染色检测鼻粘膜组织中肥大细胞数及脱颗粒数;ELISA法检测鼻粘膜组织中组胺含量。结果:研究发现用甘草提取物滴鼻治疗后变应性鼻炎豚鼠的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕等症状得到明显减轻。检测发现甘草提取物滴鼻治疗后变应性鼻炎豚鼠鼻分泌物及鼻粘膜组织中的炎性细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞数明显减少(P(0.05);豚鼠鼻粘膜组织中的嗜酸性细胞凋亡率明显增加(P(0.05);肥大细胞数及脱颗粒数明显减少(P(0.05);组胺含量明显减少(P(0.05)。其中甘草提取物高剂量组鼻分泌物及鼻粘膜组织中的这些指标的减少程度与地塞米松组相当。结论:从动物实验研究结果证明甘草提取物在治疗变应性鼻炎上是有效的。
