| 摘 要： | 首都钢铁公司总医院１９６４年１月～１９９６年４月期间住院死亡病人共２３５３例，其中糖尿病患者２０６人占８．８％，糖尿病患者主要死因构成以感染（２７．７％），脑血管病（２０．４％）心血管病（１５．５％），肿瘤（１０．２％）为前４位，其中脑血管病，心血管病及肿瘤近年呈上升趋势，临床应予注意。

| Abstract: | A review of 2 353 death cases between January 1964 and April 1996 in Capital Iron and Steel Corporation General Hospital showed that there were 206 patients with diabetes mellitus. Distribution of underlying causes of death for diabetic subjects showed that infection (27. 7%),stroke (20. 4%) ,cardiovascular disease (15. 5%) and carcinoma (10. 2%) were four main causes. The increasing tendency to stroke, cardiovascular disease and carcinoma recently should be stressed on clinical attention. |
