卡维地洛对充血性心力衰竭患者心肌肌钙蛋白I及心功能的影响

目的：观察卡维地洛对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）及心功能的影响。方法：将42例CHF患者随机分为对照组和实验组，两组疗程均为2周。观察治疗前后cTnI以及左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、每搏出量、心输出量及心脏指数等指标变化情况。结果：经治疗2周后，实验组总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者cTnI较治疗前显著降低，实验组优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：CHF患者存在cTnI异常，卡维地洛可纠正CHF患者异常的cTnI水平，改善心功能。

The effects of carvedilol on cardiac troponin I and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the effects of carvedilol on cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Method Forty-two CHF patients were randomly divided into carvedilol group(n=21) and control group(n=21).Patients in control group were treated with regular cardiac medicine.Patients in carvedilol group were given an administration of carvedilol on the basic of regular cardiac medicine therapy for 2 weeks.Before and 2 weeks after treatment,the plasma levels of cTnI,LVEF,FS,SV,CO and CI were determined.Results The total effective rate was higher in carvedilol group than that in control group(P<0.05);the plasma levels of cTnI decreased significantly in both group 2 weeks after treatment,but cTnI was lower in carvedilol group than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Carvedilol can improve heart function and rectify abnormal cardiac troponin I.
