临床药师参加医疗行政查房的做法和体会

目的:探讨药师参加医疗行政查房的方法及意义,促进临床合理用药。方法:在医疗行政查房时主要从合理用药、药品管理及药物经济学3方面进行检查。结果与结论:药师可全面系统地从医院药事管理的角度参与医疗行政管理,且对提高医疗质量有较好的作用,但仍存在其局限性。

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the methods and importance for clinical pharmacists to participate in medical administrative ward round and to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:In medical administrative ward round,the emphasis of inspection was laid on rational use of drugs,drug control and pharmacoeconomics.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists can participate in medical administrative management all-roundly and systematically from the angle of hospital pharmacy administration,which is conducive to the improvement of medical quality,while it has limitations as well.
