金钱对座合剂治疗胆石症临床及药效研究

目的：观察金钱对座合剂治疗胆石症的临床疗效及实验研究。方法：胆石症200例，随机分成治疗组125例和对照组75例。治疗组采用金钱对座合剂治疗，对照组采用胆通胶囊治疗，治疗3个疗程。实验研究，以致石饲料诱发豚鼠胆结石，设模型组，胆通阳性对照组及金钱对座合剂不同剂量组。70天后处死动物，手术取出胆囊观察成石情况。收集血液及胆汁，检测结石情况，胆汁分泌量、胆汁生化测定，血清生化测定。结果：金钱对座合剂临床治愈率43．2％，有效率97．6％，均高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；动物实验组成石率明显低于模型组，胆汁分泌量明显增加，胆汁中总胆红素含量明显高于模型组、总胆汁酸含量明显高于模型组。结论：金钱对座合剂防治胆石症作用显著。

Research on Clinical Effect and Medical Effect of Jinqianduizuo Mixture on Treatment of Cholelithiasis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and experimental effect of Jinqianduizuo mixture on treatment of cholelithiasis. Methods：In clinical research, 200 cases of cholelithiasis were randomly divided into the treatment group （125 cases） and the contrast group （75 cases）. The treatment group was treated by Jinqianduizuo mixture. The contrast group was treated by Dantong capsule. Two groups were treated by three courses, In experimental research, food induced cholelithiasis guinea pigs were divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The gall bladder was taken out by operation after 70 days, The blood and bile was collected and the gallstone observed, The bile and the blood serum was also biochemical determined, Results：The clinical healable ratio and effective ratio of the treatment was 43.2% and 97, 6% respectively, which were higher than those of the contrast group （ P 〈 0.05）. The experimental research showed that treatment group had lower ratio of gallstone form, more exudation of gall, and higher content of total bilirubin and total bile acids than the contrast group, Conclusion ：Jinqianduizuo mixture has a good effect on preventment and treatment of eholelithiasis.
