摘    要:目的:观察冷刺激对青年人甲襞微循环及微区血流量的影响。方法:应用显微电视录像技术和激光多普勒微循环血流仪,检测33例青年人(包括男12例、女21例)冷刺激后3min甲襞微循环形态、流态和袢周状态以及微区血流量的变化。结果:冷刺激后甲襞微循环由实验前的线流或线粒流变为粒线流或粒流,流速变慢,总积分值增大;微区血流量减少(由5.51±1.18mv减少为5.16±1.38mv,P<0.05)。结论:冷刺激可造成甲襞微循环障碍与甲襞微区血流量减少。

Effects of Cold Stimulation on the Nailfold Microcirculation and Microbloodflow in Young People
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of cold stimulation on the nailfold microcirculation and microbloodflow in young people. Method: The changes of microvascular shape,blood flow condition and perivascular condition in nailfold microcirculation and microbloodflow were determined by using a vital microscope with TV recorder and leser doppler flowmetry before and after the cold stimulation 3 min in 33 cases young people (12 men and 21women). Results: The nailfold microcirculation appeared the granular-line flow or granular flow after the cold stimulation from the line flow or line-granular flow before the experiment,and the totle multiple scores were increased,the blood speed slowed. At the same time,the volume of microlocal blood were decreased (from 5.51±1.18mv reduced to 5.16±138 mv,P<0.05). Conclusion: Cold stimulation can lead the disfunction of the nailfold microcirculation and decrease the microblood flow of nailfold.
